Azeem Alahi

Founder & CEO

Azeem Alahi is an accomplished actor, dancer, model, and creative professional established in the arts in Northern Ireland. With over a decade of experience working with top agencies and organizations, Azeem has collaborated with major networks such as BBC, CBBC, ITV, Disney, Channel 4, and more. Named a 30 under 30 trailblazer in NI! They hold national dance titles and serve on the ITV Advisory Board, contributing their expertise to the industry. Their passion for elevating the arts led to the founding of Dance United Agency, Northern Ireland’s first award-winning dance agency, dedicated to providing professional opportunities and training for dancers. Azeem continues to push creative boundaries, shaping the future of performance arts in the region.

Kerry Wu

Relations & Operations Manager

Kerry Wu is an experienced dance professional with several years in the industry, contributing to numerous high-profile dance projects across Northern Ireland and Asia. As part of her contributions, she has worked with Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) on various initiatives, further strengthening the dance community. With a strong background in operations management, Kerry excels in organization, strategic planning, and team coordination, ensuring the seamless execution of productions. Her expertise in logistics, problem-solving, and leadership has been instrumental in the success of international projects. As a key member of Dance United Agency, she continues to shape the industry by creating opportunities and fostering growth for dancers across the region and beyond.

Mollie Kelly

Creative Director

Mollie Kelly is a leading Creative Director in the dance industry, known for her work on major events such as the Olympic Homecoming in Belfast and Ireland’s largest cultural festival. She is highly sought after for her visionary choreography and teaches at prestigious dance schools across Northern Ireland. As Creative Director of Dance United Agency, Mollie plays a key role in shaping artistic projects, choreographing large-scale productions, and mentoring professional dancers, driving innovation in the industry.

Emily Gillen

Events & Well-being officer

Emily Gillen is a performing arts professional with over a decade of experience across stage, production, and community engagement. Alongside her creative practice, she serves as Events and Well-Being Officer, where she brings the same energy and empathy to supporting others that she brings to performance. Emily is known for creating welcoming, well-organised events and fostering positive, inclusive environments that prioritise connection, creativity, and well-being.
